Does anyone know what type of connector is on the opposite end of the sensor on the Innovate Motorsports wideband cables? Its the 8pin that looks very similar to a TE/AMP "val-u-lok" design.... only the key pins are in different positions (all on one side on the innovate version) - this is the cable I'm talkign about - the 8 pin connector it tha tone on the left of the cable shot...

...I'm after a female version - so I can connect that to a pigtail on the S6+ and have it 'disconectable' at the ECU end....

Search egay for atx eps connector
eg
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8-Pin-ATX-EPS ... SwHnFVqup5
Or you could change the connector at that end to something bigger and easier worked with. Those things are small !!
Xenon on egay has the Innovate lead in stock though ( PLX Devices do a similar lead too )

Thanks - I think those have slightly different in the placing of the key pins - that has them top and bottom rather than just on the bottom - I guess it might be possible to shave the plastic slightly to get them to fit at a push.
I didn't really want to go to a larger plug as that makes installing though the firewall more of a pain - will check out what PLX have in.

Re: Innovate Motorsports wideband cable 8 pin connector type?
They use a similar cable really
https://www.plxdevices.co.uk/product/Ac ... ch-LSU-4.9
Probably bigger actually. I have one on my car and pretty sure I was able to squeeze the connector through a 20mm hole ok ( also had other cables going through it at the same time )
https://www.plxdevices.co.uk/product/Au ... GEN4-Combo
If you used a larger connector, you could just unpin it to pass through the bulkhead. Really such a cable should only need installed once ?
Zeitronix also do something similar...might be same tiny connector as the Innovate though. I recall thinking it was very small when I was using one a few months ago.

As per email (did you get it?) ...would be easier to forget adapter cables and just use a new cable from the LSU4.9 to the GP+.
We do these.
