I have updated to firmware 1.57.
Revcut and revlimiter set to 8000 rpm. Checking the logs I see RevcutActive is activated 7500 rpm. Why?
No revlimit reduction in calibration switches. Am I missing something?
Attached log and cal.
Revcut activates 500 rpm sooner

Re: Revcut activates 500 rpm sooner
It only flicks on for a very brief moment ?
Perhaps because rpm speed measurement for the limiter is set to instant, instead of averaged which the help file says will be less sensitive ?

Re: Revcut activates 500 rpm sooner
Log TrRpm at high speed and you will see the RPM will be momentarily above the rev cut limit.
As Steve says, set the speed measurement to average and you should be fine.
