Generic CAN Receive S6

Is it possible to receive custom CAN data with the S6, or is this a bit much for it's smaller brain?

I see that the S8 has this feature available, but can only see the ability to receive certain CAN frames from the Bosch ABS and Life GPS module in the S6?

Am I just misunderstanding things, or is this not doable with the S6 (yet?) ?

As with recent threads, no generic receive on an S6.

Whether that can be changed or not in the future, no idea

I wonder if it's a hardware limitation of the smaller ecu's?
