given you say the only change has been the fitment of a clutch...sounds more like something very wrong is happening when the clutch is being depressed as opposed to any issues with a calibration that you say had worked fine before.
If you get someone in the car to press the clutch, can you rotate ...

Re: 2003 Ford Focus RS - sensors question ?
Maxxecu offer great support for the various transmissions, so it is clearly possible.
Oddly Syvecs ecu's are fitted to many OE vehicle pnp kits that use a DSG, DCT or 8HP from the factory, so I really don't get why it should be difficult at all for swap cars, clearly they can and do work together ...

Re: 2003 Ford Focus RS - sensors question ?
good to hear it's up and running.
So the base firmware for the DSG does seem to work ok then ?
Upshifts sound quite harsh, or is that just the video/camera ?
DSG/DCT/8HP control really is something they should take fully onboard given how popular swaps are these days

Re: VR sensor issues
Wheel looks straight
I'll get a scope on it and see whats happening - I've no reason to suspect Syvecs is misreading - guess it could be a weird loom issue.
Not so much that it is misreading persay...but just in case there is an oddity with the sensor plugged into the loom vs not plugged in ...

Re: VR sensor issues
Can you get a proper oscilloscope trace of it ? Seems very weird. What input are you using ? Has it ever worked correctly ?
Can you get a visual on the wheel at all ?
If the wheel is sound and true, what about a hall sensor ?
But a proper scope of it, showing all voltages might yield a little ...

Re: Fuel pressure Trip
You need to log more suitable information, relFp, fuel pressure trip thresholds etc. Also without a Cal, cannot see any timings and setup that will force that limp mode.
If your fuel pressure sensor etc is calibrated correctly, then it seems very odd. Running only around lowish 2's bar base ...

Re: Rewiring MR2 with Syvecs TBV/IACV Question
And as far as idle is concerned, if it needs more air, just give it more air.
I would tend to run the idle valve as close to closed as possible, and use the throttle blade itself to get a good solid base idle. Then the idle control only ever needs to pull the idle down.
Less work to do, less ...

Re: Rewiring MR2 with Syvecs TBV/IACV Question
It may be getting into sync, but again, that cam waveform is rising edge. It cannot be configured as falling edge.

Re: Rewiring MR2 with Syvecs TBV/IACV Question
the cam trigger posted is a valid and usable trigger. There is no reason to change it.
Everything just needs configured correctly.
