Realised I haven't updated this in ages!

Current firmware is V1.72. Since V1.34, the main features added are:

• Support for our shiftlight
• Turbo Speed gauge
• NOS pressure gauge
• Support for other ECUs (SimTek, Link, Vi-PEC)
• Updated limp/trip mode decoding
• Gear indication up to 9
• gear indication support for BMW DCT (for converted Supras, principally)

Some bug fixes, but nothing significant.
