Datalog when the fault is occurring, obviously logging the relevant items for DBW operation.
It should all be pretty clear. But ensure base pedal and throttle blade calibrations are setup correctly.

certainly shouldn't be difficult to try a larger blade. No idea what would be considered the strongest or fastest though.
And doubt you'd want to go too big either ? Should be plenty of cheap OEM options out there.

That happens sometimes when changing firmwares.
Damned if I can remember specific route to clearing it, but need to do as it says really by clearing the logbook. I think Device/Logbook ?
Or maybe clear the datalogs in SData ?
