ENSURE the GPS is sealed again if using in harsh environments with a silicon based sealant
The 1.4 Firmware fixes the following issues:
* Added support for 100hz new hardware
* Signed issue fixed on heading
* Speed Jumping issue fixed when stationary at high altitudes
