Newbie needs help

I have a skyline r33 Gtr and have put s6 ecu with a adaptor harness
When I fitted the ecu the ECCS and coil relay stop working there is
Voltage there but it does switch from ecu would it be wrong harness
If anyone could help would be appreciated
