problems loading a map

Hi guys
Ill try and explain this as best i can.
Im trying to load a map Ryan has emailed to me, but it wont load when my laptop is plugged into the ECU.
Ive downloaded the file and saved it on my desktop, and can click and access it no problems when the laptop is not connected onto the ECU.
Now when I connect and try and upload it I can find the file on my desktop but the wording is darker and im not able to klick to load the file.

Now I have noticed the currect map on the car states "software version : 1 2" and the new map im having problems loading states "software version : 1 5"


I was wanting to get this in and fire the car up tonight before i go to work but things are looking a little bleek now.
Would someone please point me in the right direction.
