Data Lag, CAN/RS232 Switching, Missing Logs

Hi everyone, I’m Thomas, and I’ve been using the Syvecs Bluetooth Module & App V2 for a while, but I’m encountering a fairly complex set of problems that I’m having trouble resolving. The module pairs fine at first, yet after a short time, the connection drops or the data stream becomes patchy, with some gauges updating and others freezing. On Android, it’s even worse, sometimes refusing to connect at all, while iOS works but still isn’t stable. Switching between CAN and RS232 doesn’t behave consistently either Pips NYT; sometimes it won’t output anything until I power cycle the whole setup, and to make things more confusing, logs that should be saved in the app occasionally vanish without any error. I’m not sure if this is down to firmware, wiring, or the app itself, so I’d really appreciate any insights from someone who has dealt with similar headaches.
