Hi all,
I'm looking to get a GDI-4 to run a Ford Ecoboost 1.6. I'd welcome being steered towards a base calibration for this engine, to help me progress to first start when I purchase an ECU. Ford sensor linearisation files and cam / crank position sensor configuration would be very useful if base cals aren't readily available.
Many thanks in anticipation of your help and guidance.
Base calibrations - are they downloadable from anywhere?

Cheers.
I did speak to Charlie on email and he advised I need to obtain the basemap from the retailer that sold me my ECU. I'll do that once the ECU arrives. I wonder what someone that buys a secondhand unit does in this situation.

Be careful when purchasing ECUs and be sure to buy from a trusted supplier to avoid counterfeit or low-quality products.
