Newbie help!! - s6 pnp for Version 8 04 sti

Im new to this so please excuse me if my questions are a bit on the simple side.

Just got my s6 pnp for an MY04 sti.

I have seen the pin out detailed by Pat for the PNP but it only mentions up to MY99.
I have also read other posts about the LC1 connection.

I have some questions, hopefully not all stupid, that I need to confirm before i go any further with the install.

1) Im going to run the (brown) output 2 from the LC1 controller to the ecu as detailed in LC1 manual.
Which pin should this run to?
Im assuming one of the 12 pins marked ttl (auxy pins) but dont know which one i should use.
Is there any drawings on this?

2) Where do I wire the cal switch into (3 wires) Blck - gorund , red - 12v switched, white - ecu ?????

3) I have fitted a clutch switch to the car. Where do i wire this to also? I take it one side of the switch goes to ground and need to know what pin to use on the ecu.

4) How are the pins numbered i.e from left top to right and then left bottom to right ?

The pin out description given in the sticky on this ecu doesn't really help me and a drawing would be alot easier for me if that is possible?

ANy help on this would be much apprieciated
