Red key light on dash

A minor irritation I've always had is that the key light remains solid on while the engine is running.

I assumed this is related to the syvecs install and ECU not coded to the car?

Is there a way to switch it off (bar hacking the bulb out)?
Anyone else have this?

Hello,
I have a S6 PnP on my GC8 and the red light is switching off when engine is running as before I'm switching the OEM ECU.
