Sorted. The low alarm was set at 200 degrees, but the low alarm time was set to 1 second. So after cranking the car the low time timer was already run out, thus defaulting the sensor. I know what U mean, but I am not getting anywhere I do not have any information on the Syvecs pinout, to reference to the original pins on the OEM ecu. For example, where is AN1 output situated on the Syvecs Ecu?? Why is there no simple pinout diagram which shows where the AN1-16 (subdiveded into 4 ...

I can add comments there, but that is not what I think should be happening.

How did you find out which AN1-16 pin goes where on the ECU connector.
Did you seperate the 2 board and use a multimeter or what??
