I have setup a pw in the past for a CAL, I switched laptops and now don't have the pw anymore. However I left the CAL unlocked, I want to lock it again but it asks for the previous code. How can I make a copy of the CAL quick and easy to a fresh CAL without lock?

Are you sure it's asking for a previous code ? And not just any code...or no code as there isnt one ?

What happens if you just hit enter or ignore the field you're referring to ?

thanks it worked, I just left it blank, and put in a new code.
