Cylinder order is not issue but the wiring is.
SBF No.5 fuse blown for the first try. I think i made mistake on connector F60 which also carries 12 v to the ECU

I think I've found the problem that blows SBF.No.5 Fuse.

It looks like F60 Pin 2(Yellow-Red) on the classic carries +12v for IAC valve(shares tps 12v). On the newage F60 Pin-2 carries IAC valve ground(shares with IGN) and that blows the fuse number 5.

Can you post your current cal?

Also if you have connected 4x ignition triggers to ign 3-6 you will need to configure cyinders 1-4 to use ignition outputs 3-6, not the other way around.

Test all your outputs before even attempting to fire, all the injectors, all the ignition, one by one.

Engine fired up.

Ignition OK
Injectors OK
Sensors OK
AVCS solenoids OK

but Syvecs goes into limp mode with VVT fail.

I have selected a good shielded cable for avcs sensors and routed to ecu in cable spiral tube from a different route. I can see sensors reading quite good but not sure what is the problem.

Pat has a good write up about vvt and ryan has a video. I'm gonna see them and see if i can fix this issue.

I just pastecal MY05 STI avcs settings. I dont know if i should calibrate it.

Okay VVT 'fixed' but bring questions.

Why MY05 STI base map avcs settings doesn't worked on my car?
Why left avcs and right avcs have different readings?

Here is VVtRaw readings

VVT1
117
298
473
653

VVT2
109
290
471
650

Base MY05 as follows 15, 194, 374,630.

After some idling I think I have lost the signal because I couldnt get VVT2, 290 reading anymore. Is it a signal problem?

I would guess you're VVT sensor polarity is wrong which will put an offset in the angles. You need to log the voltage at 1000hz and check the wave form.

You also need to test the latch angles with the VVT disabled (set vvt enable rpm very high).

Post your cal.

Blamire, i have attaached the cal file

Physically I can trigger right and left solenoids but not sure what to expect from this engine. Old V4 engine(no avcs) was spooling at 3200 rpm. Spec c engine spools at 3300 rpm with the same turbo more response and power. I generally tune for power not spool but I couldnt be sure if avcs working properly.

I'll try to log vvt AN voltage at 1000 hz and see AVCS vs. Lambda changes.

So first of all you can add vvt parameters to your logging config. Log the vvt abgle for left and right, log the errors and the duty and 10hz will be plenty.

All you need is one quick log of the vvt sensors from startup, then remove the vvt voltages from the logging, do you have any screenshots of such a log?

All you need to do is to look at the waveform and check the shape is correct, the "bump" should be in the rising edge and the falling edge should be straight.

I will check the cal you've posted.

Voltage log at 1000 hertz seems quite good.
