Hi chaps, I am sending my Toucan of to good old Tim at JT, and need to send a file to him for cal switching. Can someone help please? I have down loaded S suite, open up cal, but says offline, Ive plugged ecu in to ethernet, but no joy.

Assuming ignition is on, the menu "Device" followed by "connect".

Or don't run SCal until connected by Ethernet and ignition is on.

If none of the above work, then I would check that the Ethernet cable is connected OK!
