Another batch of these just done, even tested a dyno supplied 'lab grade' equivalent.
The most interesting though is the batch to batch variations! (LZA09-E1) for the new players out there this is identified on the box sticker and wrapping label, this is stamped into one of the flats on the hex nut at the base of the sensor too! Even if I was not offering these I would still be suggesting people strongly to NOT trust an out of the box sensor with generic calibration, cause even if the batch number is the same you still see a variance though not as large....... its cheap at end of the day using a sensor that has been certified to be accurate and precise.

Why don't we use Non-dispersive Infrared gas analysers to calibrate the sensor installed?
These devices are sensitive to almost 0.001 from 0,5 lambda to 2 lambda

I've ordered LZA09-E1 directly from NTK Turkiye. Its been a month though but I'll try it.
sounds stupid?

Does 8 8-)
and *yes* any side 8-) as below this is common TEP (turbine exit pressure) values and effects, not simulated but in real life 8-) multiple different days/weeks/sensors 40+ hours log time/testing/developing/proving........... 8-)

something that may get people aroused is the fact of turbine exit pressure and just how large an effect this can and does have, say on a ~2000bhp methanol drag racing application (I've been running them on everything since 2008 or so, but a more extreme rich running example will get the juices flowing!). Will have a car running TEP sensor and happy to put up some info here to share since its often overlooked, well not openly discussed at minimum.

thus the idea to run a device that is not just pre set rather allows the end user to custom calibrate their own curves, for most commonly TEP but then also if need be run on TIP per cylinder applications too 8-)

Here is an example of O2 readings done poorly, pick a number any number
https://youtu.be/qzLY0iA4050
  • ECM Lambda PRO 'claimed' professional unit reference 12.5:1 AFR
  • ECM Lambda PRO output to dyno 12.1:1 AFR
  • unknown brand 8 cylinders listed AFR average of 13.0:1

Can anyone confirm if the LZA08-H6 can be used acceptably? I've been digging for 24 hours trying to sort this out. The LZA08-H6 is available at retail stores in my area so I can be mostly sure I'm receiving an authentic part and have it quickly.
