Hey Guys,
Any plans for a 64bit driver?
The main software apps work fine on 64bit OS`s like Windows 7 and XP 64bit.

If you're referring to the Ethernet packet drivers, these are not produced in house, but they're third party, which does afford slightly less control than if they were done in house. As you rightly point out the main apps work OK on Win64, with the possible exception of SView. At present, then, the recommended setup is WinXP 32bit. Will need to look into Windows 7 / 64bit, not much point in devoting engineering effort to ensure compatibility with an OS that's soon to be obsolete (Vista)....
Cheers,
Pat.

Hi guys,
Sorry if this is a daft question but where can I find the necessaries to get me setup on an XP64 machine? I downloaded and installed the software from here
http://www.solaris-ecs.com/forum/viewto ... d5ed43a2c0
...but I think I'm missing something as I can't connect to ecu and I assume I need some 64 bit drivers from somewhere?
Cheers
Dan

Dan, right click on the Scal icon, and somewhere in the properties, you should be able to run the .exe in 'compatability mode' . Now run Scal and you should be able to connect to the ECU.
