Wiring Motec cal switch to Syvecs??

I have a Motec 3 wire M DST-4 4 position trim switch that I want to use on my Syvecs s7+. Motec switch has a 0 volt, signal, and 5 volt wire. Position setting one is 1V, two is 2V, three is 3V, four is 4 V for the Motec switch.

What pins would I optimally use for the 26 pin accessory connector for the Syvecs S7+ on a 996 turbo?

Looks like the Syvecs call switch is only a 2 wire setup vs the Motec 3 wire setup.
