Created this thread to allow users to post about parts they have used and recommend to use with the WMI Controller.

Will start:

Flow sensor (ok if running low pressures) - https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/flow-sensors/5114772

Flow Sensor - https://www.aquamist-direct.com/806-567 ... sor-cable/

Suggest to use Teflon braided lines where possible

Great start Ryan.

In total agreement on lines, we actually use AN6 PTFE stuff as pictured below.
Its important to use this size on inlet and exit as over a length of install on a normal car all of the fittings and line routing adds up to a loss of effective flow rate from what is on the sticker of the pump people choose to run.

The pictured inlet from filter is 'over size' and stainless inner so compatible with 'meth'.

I keep about a million of these filter/body assemblies in stock, left over from when I was making my own pneumatic WI systems.

There are other things to consider such as an effective pulse dampener which I detail in the main WM thread but can list here if people want to know what the current best practise is, just let me know.

These pumps have allot of hydraulic hammer to them so good mounting and preferably inside is best generally intolerant to 'weather' but some people do pull them apart and seal with silicone, or put a jacket around it however internal mounting is good if you have the space, don't over clamp down on the rubber mounts, you have to allow it to wiggle in operation, and as stated this is more in check once you get the pulsations under control.

Mounting like so as a guide.

Mount like this, plenty of compliance in rubber bushings, loctite threads.
Open flow checks.

Hi guys,

I already have Snow Performance kit:
https://www.snowperformance.eu/en/water ... er-stage-1
+ 9.5L tank and solenoid (https://www.snowperformance.eu/en/water ... r/solenoid)

Ordered today this flow sensor: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/flow-sensors/5114772

Are this pump & solenoid compactible?

Pump fine.

I believe that solenoid is strictly off/on. Not suitable if you wish to PWM the solenoid to try and control flow. Only suitable for an intake injection system, to prevent fluid ingress under vacuum conditions.

If you intend to PWM the pump, and run simple basic nozzles, then yes fine.

I do plan to keep it simple for now :D
I have "dumb" nozzles, and no fancy injectors, so I'm just planning to control it on/off.
The controller is mainly a fail-safe, to send torque limit if something fails.
Btw, what is the advantage of controlling a flow? To ramp it up with a boost?

Same as the advantage of controlling the flow of fuel.

One set amount does not suit all the time.

I get it :)

In that case, which injector and solenoid you suggest?

Peter, aka Rice Racing would be the man to speak to.
