lambda error disable constraint

The lambda error disable threshold can be setup 1 lambda.
However, the maximum Lambda error breakpoint is .5 lambda.
1) Could we please constrain the disable threshold to the breakpoint
2) Could we have a 2d/3d table to specify disable thresholds based on map/rpm/tps
