Flex fuel sensor issue

I parked my car with full tank of ethanol for a week, went to start it it didnt start so I plugged in laptop and saw that fuel comp was 0. So i figured my flex fuel sensor went bad and bought new ac delco sensor installed it and same issue. Under errors it says too fast. I think the ecu is getting higher than 155hz because if i raise the error threshold to 200 hz fuel comp will read 100.
Anyone ran into the same issue?

Some flex fuel sensors will output 180-190Hz when the fuel is contaminated (water, salt, etc.).
