V12 project

Hello I would like to have some information
I have a project to mount a V12 with an Audi R8 gearbox if I use your tcu and I buy a second-hand gearbox without harness is it possible to redo the harness easily?

I think using it is a little more complicated than that to make use of a DSG type gearbox.

There are standalone controllers that you could probably use for the transmission that would then communicate with the engine ecu though. But using the gearbox directly, may require some of the integrated modules from the car too, that it would be expecting to get data from, or talk to as well.

But the FB group is a good page to ask on, as some of the tech guys do seem to be more active there.

Yes indeed that was my second question I think you need all the accessories (gear lever, paddles on the steering wheel) all of this must communicate via the Can bus so I think you need the info from the accelerator, the brake, the angle of the steering wheel as well as the position of the gear lever and the plus and minus for the speeds thank you I will post on Facebook have a nice day
