Yep. The pattern and the type of ignition (sequential, wasted spark or dizzy) are pretty much independent (save the requirement for 720 sync if you want sequential, of course).

You can also use it with a g10 camwheel using Manual Cam Checklist

Manual cam checklist will work with G11 but not G10 since G10 cannot key the crank on its own. Only patterns that can achieve 360 sync on their own can use the manual cam checklist to then get into 720 sync. You can of course use wasted spark on G11 whether normally synced, manual cam checklist or of course in 360 sync
