As title, every time i open Smon i have to resetup the displayed values and gauges etc.

I would suggest setting it as the default layout...
Setup the layout that you want, then save it using Gauge -> New Layout. It will ask for a name, so give it one. Next you'll be able to do Gauge -> Set Default Layout. After that it will use that layout as the default when it connects to the ECU

Pat, can you advise me how to get a Gauge Set to load WITHOUT the "Calibrations" Left Hand Side menu showing each and every time?
