Cranking Coil Time Multiplier

Hey All,
I have a quick question regarding coil charge time and the cranking time multiplier. On my setup I have 0 multiplier and 2.0 right across the volt range, on another setup the cranking multiplier is 1.250 and 1.9 across the volt range, does this work out like this for actual cranking charge time :-
My Setup: 2.0 x 1.0 = 2.000
Other Setup 1.9 x 1.250 = 2.375
Both motors are running the same coils and ignitor but my car always seems a little lazy to start when cold.
Thanks
Wes
