996 turbo S7+ car coding and cruise control

Hello, I've purchased a 996 turbo with a Syvecs S7+ ECU.
The car drives great, I've just a couple of questions:
1) kms to empty: it is totally wrong; the fuel gauge is fine, but the car seems to think that it consumes next to nothing, so I always have hundreds of kms of autonomy left.
I have found "Car Code 02 [MPG Scaling]": currently is set to 100, but I've no idea how to convert the injectors cc/min to a suitable value for this table.
2) Cruise control: it doesn't work. Does the ECU support it? It may be just not enabled? (I've found "Overall Cruise Control Enable" but I don't know if it actually does something.)
