Hi guys. I'm using a 82mm bosch dbw throttle with s7+ and my current tuner is struggling to get it to hold a decent idle. It tends to over and under shoot idle targets. I swapped out 2000cc injectors for 1700cc, and that helped alot for the low pulse widths required. But the throttle action required is not playing along.
can anyone please send me good working cal for the 82mm bosch dbw please. Much appreciated

Why is he assuming it is a DBW problem and not an idle control problem ?
Why can he not calibrate both to suit ?

And if he thinks the blade is moving too much.....then just stop it from moving in idle control settings.
Is the blade sensibly sized for the application ?
