Fuel Consumption Calibration

Post by MikeyB571 »

I am using the fuelConsVolRate (Fuel Consumption Volume Rate) output via CAN to allow my dash display to calculate MPG.
How do I make this output value accurate, doesn't it need to know the size of the injectors in order to calculate the fuel volume rate correctly.

Can someone help with how I can calibrate this output?

Thanks in advance.

In Fuel Consumption, Injector Consumption Scaling you are telling the ecu what size injectors you run.

Although no doubt there would be some fettling to compare to real world data for fuel used

Arh, thanks. I didn't even notice the Fuel Consumption parameter previously.
I'll just calibrate that value
