Uploading base tune into huracan

Hi guys I’m new to the syvces ecu and have just purchased one for my huracan, I am trying to load the base map into the car but it does not seem to be accepting it? Have you guys ever had this?

What is error on the screen? It should have the base map loaded.

None of the ECUs come with a base map loaded for many reasons but most of all to stop users just plugging in and thinking its finished.
The Dealer/Calibrator should provide a suitable base map to allow it to get to the Dyno for Calibration

Thanks for the info guys but this did not work, I’ve herd a rumour that there is a wiring pin out difference between us the aus cars? I wonder how I would find that out?
