Yes Benkku but the latency table is one that varies with the voltage (driving) and the back EMF will not be dependant on anything that is changing. The delay of the switching component is in the order of micro seconds.

They also publish figures supposedly at different fuel pressures, and you can choose the correct figures for your pressure, they still appear to be too small.

So in the scope of the numbers you're actually using, milliseconds to say 2 decimal places, there shouldn't be any significant difference.
