How does S6 make boost on the fly, I mean Rolling antilag?

Retard ignition ? Use an antiag valve?

The Easiest way to do it is to install a Cal Overide Switch using a push to make switch.

Then Assign the Input and setup the Cal overide setting under calibration switches to select a cal which is not being used like Cal12 for example

Here setup the boost control to target the boost you wish you have and Setup the ALS or Pitlane Limiter to increase the Exhaust turbine energy via Retard or cuts

As an aside, the latest Toucan software, to be released in the next couple of days, has a CAL override button, with control effected via CAN bus - so no need to use up yet another input for this

You can use one input for cal up, cal down and cal override if you wish.

How do we set the antilag for this purpose?

You can use the speed limiter, but you can also set it up (with some testing) to give you rolling antilag at your current speed want and adjust your speed (within a range) by using the throttle.

That is technically a misnomer in so far as ALS is supposed to reduce (or eliminate) lag upon the re-application of the throttle. In this instance we aren't actually off the throttle to start with so a more accurate description would be rolling launch control, although even that is a bit of a misnomer. The purpose of launch control is to achieve a level of gasflow through the engine that would otherwise be impossible due to the lack of load (clutch down) with the car stood still. But if we remove that last caveat and accept that the car might already be moving and that the clutch might be up, we're getting close to the function you're looking for - to be able to generate more mass flow than ordinarily possible under those conditions, to allow a sudden exploitation of this additional gas flow.

Retard ignition ?

We need to increase the mass flow without altering the torque or engine speed. Ignition is definitely looking like a good idea. Torque goes down, exhaust gas energy goes up. Turbine drive goes up. Boost goes up. Mass flow goes up. Torque recovers to where it was but now we have more mass flow. Yep, definitely gonna help. But there is only so much retard that you can run before you toast the turbine or melt the exhaust valves.

Next step then is to cool it down. Nothing like a bit of fresh air to do that. If you introduce a bit of fuel cut then the torque goes down, the EGTs go down, the turbine drive goes down, the mass flow goes down. Doesn't look good until you open the throttle a bit more... the mass flow comes back, the torque comes back (not all), the EGTs rise a little again, looking better. Open the throttle a bit more and you now have more mass flow than you did with retard alone, the torque is back to where you were, the EGTs are not crazy because you're now cooling etc etc. Cut a bit more, and you can open the throttle further, get more mass flow etc.

Notice you can change the axes on the ALS maps. Also notice that they do not prevent you from having retard and cut on wide open throttle. So, assign a cal override to an ALS position that does have cut and retard on WoT (but blend it in so you have a smooth transition) and you'll be moving in the right direction

Use an antiag valve?

You could use that in combination with retard, I guess. Ie push your cooling air through the ALS valve directly into the exhaust manifold. The problem that you then have is that your EGTs are still gonna be very high and your exhaust valves won't thank you. Problem is that the ALS strategy does not allow you to have a fuel multiplier over 1.00, ie you cannot add fuel. There are tricks you may be able to use for this (eg "always" run ALS, but have no cut or retard, only have a fuel multiplier of 0.5, then double the values in the fuel table.... then when you're in the rolling launch, use a fuel multiplier of 1.0, but you may then end up with a rich missfire).
