In no particular order

1. Ghost trace over cells passed through ( one that remains until you clear it manually )

2. Either generic or user name-able inputs ? as a recent poster wanted more for pressure testing within the system, pre/post IC, EGBP etc etc

3. I/O Expander
Maybe add a lambda controller to this ? So S6 models could be enabled for full dual lambda control without a separate wideband controller. ( or can it do this already, havent used one yet ? )

Add logging ability/memory onboard the expander ?

Would make for a cost effective logging memory upgrade to existing ecu's, even more important when adding more inputs and outputs. Or would the datastream not allow logging external to the ecu ?

4. Dedicated proper water injection feature for mappable flow and pump turn on/off ( existing seems more an IC water spray feature than water injection )

5. Android App for Bluetooth. All the cheapest tablets are Android which make for cheap display units. If an app does ever does appear, would the BT module pass enough data for external logging on the device ?

6. as per 2, some generic user name-able definable outputs ?

7. Trip/Limp feature for excessive Engine Coolant pressure ?

8. SView. Feature to allow saving of worksheet layouts for transfer to other computers.

FYI I'm testing a prototype of a simple expansion unit right now. It has:

- 4 inputs (selectable as AV, AU, AB or AR types)
- 1x Bosch LSU 4,2/4.9 lambda amp
- 1x EGT amp
- Barometric pressure sensor
- H bridge output
- gyro
- accelerometer
- USB for configuration
- CANbus (of course!)

This will be launched at the Autosport show.

You can do everything you want for WI using the nitrous strategy if you're not already using it.

Just using an external controller at the minute. I've already used up all the inputs/outputs on my S6 bar one ign output.
It's not a big deal for now

But good to know anyway

Please keep all us international customers unable to attend Autosport up to date on this. Sounds exciting!

Not that I use one ( yet..maybe )

But support for this ? Whether simply a correctly named logging feature.

Looking..I see the sensors seem fairly commonplace on modern diesels
