Re: NTK L2H2 New Linearisation
I am using the LZA09 linearisation from the sensor database, the other options are NTK Lambda L2H2, LR NTK Lambda and LR NTK Lambda(L1H1).

Re: NTK L2H2 New Linearisation
Dyno uses a NTK wideband sensor, I think it is the same as a AFR500, it was measured at the back, I know not the best place to get accurate readings, especially at low airflow. I welded another bung next to the LZA09 and mounted a older LSU4.2 sensor, I calibrated the wideband in the syvecs to read ...

Re: NTK L2H2 New Linearisation
Tim I bought the sensor from you, the linearisation found in the software is way off what the dyno wideband reads. What do you suggest? Take measurements from 10-17AFR in steps of 1 afr and adjust?
How do others calibrate this with the LZA sensor?

Re: NTK L2H2 New Linearisation
Is the NTK output linear like the bosch sensor? So I could do a 2 point calibration on the dyno, one from 10 afr and one from 18 afr and interpolate in the software correct?

How to copy a CAL
I have setup a pw in the past for a CAL, I switched laptops and now don't have the pw anymore. However I left the CAL unlocked, I want to lock it again but it asks for the previous code. How can I make a copy of the CAL quick and easy to a fresh CAL without lock?
EGT
Is the calibration of your EGT sensor the Texense in the sensor Db? If not could you post the linearisation here, I could not find it on your website.

Can I drill the bosch knock sensor to 10mm without damaging it? Anyone tried that?

Jumpers on the PnP board
I have some questions about the jumpers on the reverse side of the evo 8 pnp board. SAS/EGR - Should be set to A6 for all models except EVO 7, where it may be set to D3 if a SAS solenoid is connected to the D3 pin What does this do? I don't have SAS or EGR on the car. Pin A6 is not in use yet on my ...
