Interesting. That sounds promising.
I simply asked if I could connect a X10 and KT-8 to an S6, and the answer was No.

Re: Bosch 2-wire TBV settings
Basically the diode allows you a greater range of usable duty cycle, by allowing the valve to close a bit quicker.
More technical explanations on this (as well as how to wire up the diode) are on this forum and others, but it boils down to the above.

Re: BOSCH 028851132466 / NTK L1H1
More than 2 years later, I better update this for the benefit of other users. I RMA'ed my unit, and Syvecs found a blown resistor in the lambda control circuit. No idea how that could have happened, but after they fixed it the lambda is finally working correctly.

Re: Launch Control Settings
Based on my understanding of the online help item and Syvecs Manual, if Ramp Mode is Hold Timer then the vehicle exit speed triggers the start of the hold timer.

Re: S6GP Main Connector Crimpers
For larger cables on Superseal 1.0 plugs, use the following pins: Tyco p/n 3-1447221-3
They are rated at 18-16AWG cable, but I have crimped 14AWG M22759-32 cable in there no problem.

Re: SCal Error and Crash
Upgrading to the latest SSuite should fix that. SCal 2.15.72 and 2.15.79 had various crashes when renaming calibration positions and map names.

Please report the dealers response to support@syvecs.co.uk
I know they are working hard to have their dealer network provide a very high level of service.

Re: E36 M3 Coil Packs Syvecs S8
Not sure if there were differences in various parts of the world, but the E36 M3s I've been involved with needed external ignitors when the chosen ECU didn't have them built in, so you will need to have coil output type set to conventional?
