Re: Map & Traction settings saved?

As already mentioned the current Bluetooth firmware does not record last or allow to set a default cal / trc position, it defaults to 1 on startup / power on. When Pat has some free time this is something we are looking to address, the idea being that you can set any position as a module startup pos...

Re: Bluetooth module installation

Most people mount close to the ECU, any noise picked up on the serial line to the ECU would increase CRC failures and reduce the valid packet rate, the longer the run the more chance of noise.

Re: Porsche 996TT S6+ Wiring

I havent seen an S6+ 911 manual, I do have the S8 manual which points to AN12 for calibration, on the S6+ wiring diagram this is used for MAF.

It looks like AN01, AN04 and ANS6 are free on the wiring chart, also possibly ANS5 on a 996 as this is listed as EOP for a 997.

Porsche 996TT S6+ Wiring

Hey All,

Where would you wire calibration / traction switch inputs and a flex-fuel sensor into a 996TT running an S6+?

Thanks

Re: Syvecs Bluetooth Module

Hi, quick question regarding connecting to the BT module, is it on a 4 digit code like most other BT devices or is it just a click and connect? The modules released to date do not have a pairing code, it is something we looked at and could be added when each unit is programmed. You need to pair the...

Re: Scfg 1.518.1 file to 1.538

I think it is prob similar to updating a cal, in sCfg there is an option to change software version.

Open your file, change version in sCfg, save the new version and try that?

Re: Syvecs iPhone / iPad App - Classic

I have test the iOS release currently available on AppStore with an iPad Mini and iPhone 5c, they are both running iOS 9.3 and everything is working as it should.

EDIT: Also test this on a iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3 and works as expected.

Re: Syvecs iPhone / iPad App - Classic

Thanks for the updates, much appreciated.

I have updated my devices to 9.3 and going to test on the bench this evening, I will let you know my findings.

It wouldn't surprise me if Apple have fudged the Bluetooth again, it seems with each release they mess something up

Re: Syvecs Android App Chat - BETA Now Available!!!

Yeah as soon as the assignments are setup it works as expected. The glitch is just using the app, open the menu (for what ever reason), then it wont close. don't have to do a full reinstall, clearing all the cache will sort it, however you loose all the data so assignment settings as well, putting ...

Re: Syvecs iPhone / iPad App - Classic

Hello John, Thanks for the feedback. I am wondering if this is the app freezing or if the bluetooth datastream is interrupted and therefore no new data is available for updates, I think it might be worthwhile me updating the app so that like the android version the online status LED blinks with rece...
