I have setup the S6 PNP to go in limp mode when oil pressure is below target. Now I want to know where to setup the limp mode, as I am assuming this is possible?
Thanks in advance,
Mark.

Another DCCD question
Is it possible to use MAP instead of TPS for the Control Duty map? In my opinion it makes more sense to use MAP instead of TPS with a turbo equiped engine. You can have 100% TPS and hardly any torque...
Edit: forgot to tell it's a S6PNP ECU.

Re: Max. allowed Coil Charge Time (Dwell)
I've not tried another coil and I am not intending to do, as the car "only" runs 1.6 bar of boost. At the moment there is hardly any misfire, only every now and than. I just want to know how far I can increase the Coil Charge Time without frying the coil. (as increasing it from the 3.5 ms ...

Max. allowed Coil Charge Time (Dwell)
I have some trouble with a MY99 car running a Syvecs S6PNP on E85. I have some slight misfire from about 1.5 bar of boost (GTX3076 turbo). I am running PFR7B plugs gapped to 0.6 mm. Changing Dwell time from 3.5 ms to 4.5 ms made it better, but I don't have the experience up to which level I can incr...

Re: Best way to "cut" revs for idle with throttle jacked open?
It's the only possible way to get more air in the engine, without being illegal. Finshed the car today and it worked fine with the fuel cut function to have idle speed under control. It's a bit shitty to cruise at low speeds, as you are cruising with something between 1 and 3% TPS. And I need to hav...

Re: Best way to "cut" revs for idle with throttle jacked open?
Yes, of course cable operated throttle. (otherwise I wouldn't have asked...) ;) I want to open the throttle more by adjusting the screw which sets the throttle rest position. In the Motec you can set a idle rev limit for such setups. In all of the older group N rallycars (no DBW) you need to setup A...
