I did speak with support which was super fast with a reply. Looks like the ECU will need to go back to be modified internally and to have the R35 can bus coding removed.
I am just waiting for a quote so I can stop by my local syvecs dealer to have it shipped back.

Hi I'm new to syvecs, I picked up a syvecs s6+ gtr plug and play kit from a buddy and was wondering if there's any reason I couldn't use this ecu as a universal option.
