Re: EGT probes
https://i.imgur.com/p38EEBI.jpg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCwP76MbVko (video link above) Here is a longer term test on a 2.2lt 4cyl turbo engine running DONMEGA probes. This was at ~550bhp engine power. Fuel was petrol of low octane. Run to test probes, knock control, long term durability and...

Re: EGT probes
Here is an example 6 x donmega probes on each cylinder (VR6 engine) you can see effect of longer path in cylinder head how it effects readings). Also it has the inferior previous suppliers 'fast acting open element' probes fitted to the turbine inlet and turbine exit just before where the oxygen sen...

Re: More water / meth injection
Last little while I have been working on the latest generation of Syvecs water injection implementation. Deviates from the above in that its fully sequential, and is tied in 100% the fuel related strategies of the engine control, this results in lower fluid use and otherwise normal operation regardi...

Re: EGT probes
Just as a reminder as I keep getting asked the same questions all the time  Update to the latest firmware if you are relying on the ECU internal egt inputs (and calibrate them with a simulator), you can then fix the known offsets that used to exist as you now have the ability to use the linear...

Re: WOT from low RPM vs high RPM
Some one else can chime in but for me a trip, limp, limiter etc (dose not matter what it is) simply is there to do what it says. If you have oil surge, lack of injector, fuel pick up problems then you need to fix those, the ECU is not Jesus, it cant perform a miracle last time I looked. Sure it will...

Re: WOT from low RPM vs high RPM
You can use my probes to check cylinders, they are inexpensive and proven durable for such a demanding task > http://www.riceracing.com.au/Syvecs_Index.htm we use them in every turbo car as unlike fitting a lambda sensor these don't fail and have many advantages which a lambda sensor wont see like r...

Re: WOT from low RPM vs high RPM
Or if you had relFP compensations....fueling may have stayed close to "correct" anyway, despite the problem. Use that, and the relFP safety trip. Take Stevie's advise as gospel, lots of people and tuna's just don't get the basics right. Here is example of what he is saying in action, keep in mind t...

Re: WOT from low RPM vs high RPM
Here is an example of it not changing regardless of what rpm you WOT from, Same gear, same end rpm, one starts at 3300rpm other 4800rpm. If you are more specific then can suggest what to look at but suffice that there is a stack of things to look at which would influence it and cause you to have dif...
