Re: That syncing feeling

Thanks. I managed to pull another sync log (from the actual event this time :-). Replaced the cam sensor which appears to be the source of the problem and no more sync issues :-)

Re: That syncing feeling

Thanks I was getting noise previously so Paul advise to drop the low trigger settings a bit. Lol that makes sense if it is the starting sync log! I will see if I can do another that captures the event. I am on the newer G11 crank trigger wheel. Are there any performance disadvantages of ignoring in ...

That syncing feeling

Subaru Type R with 2.35 and newage Sti heads. Getting a sync fault due to cam error at around 6000 rpm. Sync log attached. Re: Syvecs iPhone / iPad App Chat

Hi Wez

thanks for the latest version :-) Great work. The only issue I have noticed that when I rev over 5000 rpm the rpm field and gear sift lights freeze for around 20 seconds?

Cheers

Re: Boost control issues

I got to the bottom of this. With the new turbo I had connected the MAP sensor to the outlet on the driver side of the inlet manifold on the runner for cylinder 3. I reconnected it to an outlet on the top of center of the inlet manifold and the boost level is now rock solid. :-)
